Admissions process
Our simple three-step application process was designed with your needs in mind. Call our advisors (9:00am - 9:00pm IST M-F) and they’ll walk you through each step of the process to complete your application.
- Fill out ouronline application
- Upload your documents*:
- final degree certificate - HSC, CBSE, ICSE, AISSC or any other standard XII certificate
- secondary/High School marksheet
- marksheet(s)/Official transcripts from all accredited colleges or universities attended for students wishing to apply for transfer credits
- aadhaar card or PAN card
- proof of English proficiency if necessary
- Make your first payment to hold your seat and set up your payment plan.
*In order to be fully admitted into Victoria University, students must submit official documents through either a secure digital document system (like Digilocker) or by submitting the color, digital scan of a certified true copy of their original document(s). Students must follow their local guidelines in securing the certified true copies through their local government official. Unofficial transcripts will not be accepted for admission consideration.
*Students with transcripts/marksheets issued by educational institutions outside of India must use a third party evaluator for translation and evaluation for documentation to be considered for admission.

- Applicants are required to provide evidence of English language proficiency to be considered for admission. Applicants can prove eligibility as follows.
- Evidence of having completed a minimum 2 years of academic study in the medium of English no more than 5 years prior to commencing.
- If an applicant has completed academic study in the medium of English more than 5 years prior to commencing, the applicant must provide evidence of completing an approved English language proficiency test.
